Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at store@coldforgeleather.com within that window and we'll make it right.

Due to the handmade nature of our goods, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Natural variations in leather grain, texture, and color are part of what makes each piece unique — not a defect.
